Sorry for not updating. There are reasons.
While I was on holiday, I got a phone call that some plumbing work will be done at my house starting immidiately. It was only going to be minor work, and it wasn't supposed to interfere with work or anything much. Well, that turned out not to be very true at all. Drilling in a building that is 100 or so years old makes quite a bit of noise. So I decided to flee.
Fortunately I just bought a laptop and can work from anywhere. Now I am in Kuopio, where Jyrki kindly lent me a desk in his office and Petri and Laura lent me their spare bedroom. Tonight we will go to Kuhmo for a couple of days.
As much fun as it has been being here, it's much nicer to travel if you get to choose when you do it.
I'll return with the pictures from my boat trip pretty shortly.
